Meet the Team
At Freedman and Haas Orthodontics, you can expect a professional team that will never take you for granted.
Our staff sparkles with enthusiasm and a caring attitude. We never lose sight of the fact that you are the reason we’re here.
Rachelle, Financial Concierge
Rachelle was born in New York, but has spent the majority of her life in Florida. She has been working as a Financial Coordinator for over 20 years and has been with our team for over 9 years. She is very knowledgeable regarding many insurance plans and policies. Rachelle loves being a mother to her two amazing daughters, Fallon and Amber, and is very involved with her daughters’ schools. She loves the outdoors and traveling.
Jenna, Front Desk Concierge
Jenna has been in the orthodontic field for more than 15 years and 10 of those years have been with our team. Hers is the first smiling face you will see when entering our office. She has an easygoing, friendly personality and is available to answer questions with clarity and detail. Jenna is a Florida girl and wouldn’t change it for anything. She enjoys being outdoors and being with friends and family. The two loves of her life are her daughter Savanna, and her son, Jonathan. She enjoys watching them grow and learns new things from them every day.
Melissa, Orthodontic Technician
Melissa was born in Missouri but has spent most of her life in Jupiter, FL. She has been an orthodontic assistant for 20 years and has been with our team for 15 years. Melissa is knowledgeable in patient care and thoroughly enjoys all aspects of it. She bonds well with so many of our families. When not with us, she is busy at home with her three kids, Cody, Cadence and Starlin. In her spare time, she loves to write poetry and has been published.
Shay, a West Palm Beach native, joins Freedman & Haas Orthodontics as an orthodontic technician. Shay loves the field of orthodontics especially working on new patients and in the lab. She is always eager to talk with patients and answer any questions they have to help them feel more comfortable. Shay is fascinated by the transformation of her patient's smiles during orthodontic treatment and she loves to see the patients' reactions to their end results. Outside of work, Shay enjoys spending time at the beach, skateboarding with her mom and working out.
Cheryl joins Freedman and Haas Orthodontics as an orthodontic technician. Orthodontics was one of Cheryl's favorite specialties in Dental Assistant Training School. She enjoys all aspects within the orthodontic field, but her favorite part is seeing happy, satisfied, smiling patients after completion of treatment. She is friendly and enjoys patients and nice smiles, but she is serious about clean teeth and not breaking braces! Outside of the office, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her fiancé, painting, going to the movies and taking care of her dog, Annie.
Dr. Freedman and Dr. Haas treat and have treated many of our local dentist’s families and they are sought after to treat the most challenging and complex orthodontic cases!
